Combining her academic training in finance, business acumen, luxury real estate background, and experience in the health and wellness field, Debbie is building a leading-edge brand that mirrors her core values and blazing a trail in the wellness, beauty, and luxury industry.

Before entering the health and wellness industry, Debbie followed her interest in business and finance. At 19, she entered the real estate profession, focusing on the luxury market and honing her negotiation skills. After graduating from Chicago’s DePaul University, she found her passion as an entrepreneur, becoming a personal trainer and credentialed life coach. Debbie founded Rejuvenation for Mind, Body, and Soul to provide best-in-class spa services, build a recognizable brand, and establish herself as a successful woman business owner.

Debbie has consistently generated revenue and driven bottom-line growth throughout her career by focusing on client service and the well-being of her people. Her therapists are loyal to her because they see her human side and giving mindset.

Her expertise in spa management and the problem-solving skills she honed as a former champion chess master enable her to anticipate and navigate change well and create a competitive advantage.

Debbie founded REJUVENATION FOR MIND, BODY, AND SOUL. A brand to design and provide a superior spa experience for its clientele, bring an exclusive line of products to market, and build a supportive, spiritually fulfilled community around best practices in health and wellness.

Her business model mirrors her core values of authenticity, honesty, integrity, empathy, and hard work.

 Debbie founded the REJUVENATION SPA in 2011, a multipurpose space where clients can seek refuge from their daily pressures and reinvigorate themselves through personalized luxury treatments. The space offers the perfect backdrop to help clients filter out physical and mental stress, achieve their health and wellness goals, and create balance.

TAKING REJUVENATION TO THE NEXT LEVEL

While primarily focused on growing the brand, Debbie manages four spas’ day-to-day operations and provides staff training and development to optimize their performance in the luxury environment. Guided by the dragonfly, symbolic of her organizational mission, she trains her therapists to design rejuvenating client experiences that accelerate the mind/body/soul reconnection.

Debbie is a vision-driven thinker building a unique franchise where a diverse and inclusive community can reconnect with mind-body-spirit (MBS) in an aesthetic space.
